I live in Fife,Scotland and foung you site by looking for hay box recipes.I very much like the idea for those in Africa who are less fortunate than ourselves. I have recently bought for my wife the Dream pot.this is a very expensive glorified cooking basket.If I had realised from the begining what it was I may not have bought it. We caravan alot and we bought it for that to save fuel. The deed is done though I have to say it works a treat.Will also cosider making a basket cooker. Thanks .

Thanx so much for the recipes. I have just finished making a 'Haybox' and was searching for cooking times and recipes! Here I found both. I love African food and am excited to try your recipes on my family... right now they all think I'm mad- cooking food in an old tea chest surrounded by hay. I'll be back for more cookery ideas. Thanks
