Coigach Gathering: your views
Residents and friends of Coigach are invited to have their say on the community’s annual get together: the Coigach Gathering.
The Gathering - which has been held every year since 1985 - is an event for people to enjoy, and last year it raised around £5,000 which goes towards the upkeep of the Community Hall.
The findings of the short survey will help the volunteer members of the Coigach Community Hall Committee – who are responsible for the Gathering – to plan future events.
The future success of the Gathering is important for the community as a whole and we would like to hear views from near and far, whether people attend regularly or not.
The survey is anonymous, but please answer all 15 questions - and click the ‘finish survey’ button at the bottom of the page to return it. The survey is online at http://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/s/C3D6J/
Paper copies are available on request through Coigach Community Hall Committee. The survey will be open until 1 February 2016.

03 May 2015New PV Panels for the Hall
The Coigach Community Hall now generates some of it's own electricity from an array of PV panels installed on the south east and south west facing roofs. The panels are capable of generating up to 6kW of electricity and will significantly reduce the energy costs of running the hall.
Installation of these energy saving panels was made possible by a generous grant from the Big Lottery Fund and also from Scottish Sea Farms who helped out, when we were faced with an unexpected increase in the VAT bill. We are very thankful to these organisations for their support.
