The association is a registered charity set up to represent the interests and activities of the community around the Clockhouse Farm Estate centered on The Mount Coulsdon.
Although the postal address is Coulsdon the administration of this area is under the jurisdiction of The London Borough of Sutton.
The association is centered on The Hillcrest Halls which are run entirely by volunteers and financed mainly by the activities run in the halls and by fund raising locally.
New members are always welcome, membership is free.
