Welcome to my Website
I have decided to become modern and put on the web something of what I do with my time, now that it is all mine, bar all the family needs as usual and the new stuff taken on since the glorious days of full time work were happily jettisoned in 2010.
This might be seen as total egotism but I see it as being out there for all time, somewhere in the ether where fire and flood cannot expunge me.
Always being a lover of making things, since retirement and nest flowns I have had far more time to indulge my creative instinct, whether it is through sewing, painting, drawing, weaving, baking, cooking, felting, wood carving, writing and gardening and people are now starting to pay hard earned cash for some of my work! I decided to gather it all together digitally and put it out there. So, here it is.

P.S. 2020 - This year of Lockdown in Coronavirus 19 has put us all in a new way of living. So, I have reverted to my love of crafts and experimenting with fabrics, wood and and threads to fill the days when we cannot do what we want to do in other aspects of our lives. So far, October, all family and friends are safe.
PPS January 2021 We are in the third lockdown. Still all family and friends are safe, vaccines are on the horizon for our front line children, one done, one waiting for his, and me because I have just gone 70. It's a more frightening experience now, the world is just not managing to see a way out of it until the whole world is vaccinated. But we are now starting to squabble over the vaccines. Despair, despair. And the UK has passed the 100,000 deaths mark, the worst result per 100K population in the world. What does that say about the great British public and our government? I keep busy to keep up beat despite missing family and friends so much.
