EXPERIENCE
I have 25 years experience of helping people on the healing path, working for many years in community development and mental health, I trained in Scotland in a range of shamanic approaches and have also been facilitated on my journey by shamanic healers and experiences in parts of Africa, Asia and South America.

SPECIFIC EMPHASIS
We are here on this planet for a purpose, but we frequently fall into a state of forgetfulness, losing touch with who we truly are. We disconnect from our inner core of being and experience fatigue and illness, as our vital energy seems to seep away. We may find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns of behaviour, thoughts and experience.

We may find ourselves stuck in repeating patterns of behaviour, thoughts and experience.
I use a range of energetic healing practices to help people reconnect with their authentic self, release energies that no longer serve them, and rediscover their life purpose. Sessions last around one hour, and will be structured according to the needs of the individual.
They may include a shamanic journey, connection with guides and soul retrieval, energetic healing and release work, and/or work with planetary energies and individual birth chart.
