EXPERIENCE :
I began my career with Marks and Spencer, enjoying a variety of roles until a life changing accident took me on a voyage of self-discovery and healing.
In 2004 I began teaching Pilates after completing my professional training in the Uk and New York. I studied Somatic Experiencing, Authentic Movement and Continuum Movement, which supported the teaching I encountered with those experiencing the debilitating impact of shock and trauma in their lives.
I trained as a Life Coach and continued my work in the wider business sector as a Training Consultant, designing and facilitating Management Development, Customer Service and Emotional Intelligence workshops.
In 2014 I completed my training in Shamanic healing practices and counsel before moving to Findhorn where I now live and work. Since then I have embraced the living wisdom contained within the Gene Keys transmission, which I continue to integrate into my own life and enjoy sharing professionally with others.

Through synthesising my skills and experience I offer a holistic approach to support living from our natural state of harmony; the place where we learn to trust and live from our intuitive implules, inspired ideas and our hearts wisdom.
My passion is to support others to thrive in all asects of their lives including; financial stability, life purpose and vocation, our sexuality, relationships, our creativity, health and wellbeing, connection to purpose, life in community, and ultimately the face we present to the world.
