SPECIFIC EMPHASIS :
Reflexology can be seen as a beneficial means to help soothe and relax the body-mind. Little miracles seem to occur ; a lifting out of depression, a freeing up of scar tissue and increased movement, an increase in milk flow of a stressed new mother, a better connection to the earth, decrease of intense digestive issues, reduction of a migraine, better sleep, ability to breathe deep.
For most it feels simply very pleasant, and is a lovely neurological experience stimulating both brain and body.
