I have over 30 years experience of teaching self-healing techniques, body work, memory work and meditation.
I am a Natural Health and Energy Medicine Practitioner with over 30 years experience. I am also a Tara Sacred Dance and Workshop Facilitator. I am passionate about Personal and Planetary Transformation and Healing Arts.
I have been connected with the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland since 1998, and am a Resource Person for the Findhorn Foundation in New Zealand and Scotland.
