EXPERIENCE :
Professionally I create a nurturing environment, helping people have personal transformative experiences. My energy is centred and still, with an ability to enable people to feel safe. Most of my life has been involved in creative roles, or roles of service, so I have well-developed verbal, and non-verbal communication skills, and natural sense of intuition.
Besides ongoing professional development with pioneers in the field of consent, and conscious sexuality, my experience includes professional vocal training as well as embodied movement practice, with some of the most respected practitioners all over the world,
My teachers include Dr Betty Martin – creator of the Wheel Of Consent, and Joseph Kramer –the founder of Sexological Bodywork, and the foremost teacher of intimate bodywork in the world.
PRACTICE LOCATIONS :
I work from Wellbeing centre, Newbold House, where I have access to a comfortable treatment space. I also offer online coaching for certain coaching pathways.
PRACTICE DAYS / TIMES :
As required by appointment.
Sessions may be 1-3 hours, depending on the work we are doing.
TRAININGS:
I have undertaken additional training in Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), as well as Working With Trauma For Bodywork Professionals, and Working With the Wheel of Consent for Bodywork Professsionals.

Member of the School Of Consent, www.schoolofconsent.org , certified to teach the Wheel of Consent
I am a Certified Sexological Bodyworker, certified through the Institute of Somatic Sexology and the state of California.
Professional member of the Association of Somatic and Integrative Sexologists (UK), and insured through BGI UK.
FEES:
Bodywork £60 p/h.
Talk-only £40 p/h.
SPECIFIC EMPHASIS :
We communicate through intimacy, and communication is fundamental to being healthy, both as individuals and as a community. Yet, for many, the ability to connect with both these crucial life elements is missing, disconnected, or even damaged.
We are all born with the instinct to breathe, to move, and to make sound. We are all born into a body, with a mind of our own, and a unique spirit. Our ability to touch and be touched, both physically and emotionally, is what weaves all these parts of us together.
When it comes to intimacy your body already has the knowledge it needs. I use somatic principles to work collaboratively with you, offering tools to understand what your body feels, communicate what your body wants, and do what your body enjoys.
Areas of exploration can include: understanding conscious consent, mapping sensation/numbness, unhealthy relationships with porn, fantasy or habitual sexual behaviours, and deepening techniques for pleasure.
A particular focus of my work is Choice and Consent. Developed through more than 15 years of practical application, the Wheel Of Consent ia a simple, powerful,navigational tool, which brings choice and clarity to your interactions with others.
Sexological Bodywork is a rapidly growing, professionally recognised field. It is almost unique in therapeutic terms as it allows for very intimate touch, but communicates with, and flows directly from, the needs of each individual body rather than imposing pre-defined criteria. The work is regulated and kept emotionally and physically safe by very strict working protocols.
