SPECIFIC  EMPHASIS:

I see clients with various health issues who want to know what they can do themselves to feel better through nutrition, lifestyle changes and herbs.

I work on gut health as an important root cause in relation to skin issues, hormonal imbalance, joint pain, digestive issues (bloating, burping, acid reflux, diarrhea, constipation), auto-immunity, cancer, anxiety and depression and generally feeling tired and brainfogged.

I use personalised diet, herbs and education about how your body works and how you can work with it.

I coach you through diet and lifestyle changes with lots of practical information.
