EXPERIENCE :
Esalen Massage combines deep bodywork with a flowing, relaxing massage style. When combined with Reiki it creates a 75-minute session that not only eases out the knots and tensions, but leaves you feeling deeply relaxed mentally, emotionally and physically.
Especially effective for chronic stress-related issues especially sleeplessness, anxiety, over-active mind and long-term muscle tension.
I also offer Reiki (both hands-on and distance healing); space clearing - a highly effective technique for clearing past energy from a home, building or land site - and blessing ceremonies for a new home, work space or project

SPECIFIC EMPHASIS :
I believe that the natural way of our body and mind is self-healing, and I feel that my work is to help coax that innate ability to the surface.
Reiki helps to support and accelerate emotional and physical healing, while also creating a profound sense of relaxation and wellbeing encouraging deep rejuvenating sleep.
Dreamwork and Shamanic Healing helps reveal the messages and wisdom of our unconscious mind, and brings that wisdom into consciouness where we can apply it to our everyday life.
Space clearing can be used to consciously connect with a new home, work space or studio. Old ‘stuck’ energy left behind by previous occupants or events can have a big impact on our enjoyment of a new space and even our ability to make progress or succeed. In extreme cases it can cause depression and a sense of hopelessness. When these energy echoes are removed we give ourselves the advantage of a truly fresh start.
