EXPERIENCE
I have been working with complementary therapies since 1999. As well as training in several different modalities over the years I assisted in numerouse Frequencies of Brilliance Workshops around the world before moving to Findhorn in 2005. As a Findhorn Foundation staff member I have worked closely with people for more than 10 years, supporting people in realising their highest potential. I've also been working for three years with clients at CLAN in Elgin giving shiatsu to people dealing with cancer.

SPECIFIC EMPHASIS:
Utilising all my experience, my aim is to support you in the most appropriate way to live a healthy, happy, balanced and empowered life.
The Frequencies of Brilliance is unique self-remembrance work. Through light touch, the energy body is activated and your spiritual aspect is further awakened at the quantum level. High-level frequencies are introduced into the emotional and physical bodies, working within all cells including the nervous system and activating new areas of the brain. This allows a limitless potential for transformation at the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual level. This work may also be received at distance.
Shiatsu is hands on body work that restores balance, relieves tension and is deeply relaxing; healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. My style of Shiatsu is gentle yet powerful.
Using techniques from Energetic Cellular Healing I balance the energy field, clearing auric debris and restructuring chakras.
Oftentimes we may manifest physical or emotional discomfort due to energetic blockages which are caused by trapped emotions. Amanae and the Emotion Code seek to release these blockages. The Emotion Code may also be experienced at distance.
I am a qualified Counsellor and with years of experience of working with and listening to people I offer a safe therapeutic environment in which to explore any issues that you are finding chellenging or distressing in your life. The counselling process can help you to better understand and accept your own feelings allowing fresh perspectives and new ways forward to emerge.
Health and wellbeing are my passion and I have delved deeply into matters relating to diet and lifestyle that support good health. I am also able to share my experience with you where appropriate.
