Bourne-Hall Caravans

Our caravans are Bronze, Silver or Gold,  3 and 2 bed caravans.

All the caravans on Hutleys have wooden decking, and Seawick 3 bed 1, Seawick 3 bed 3, Seawick 3 bed 4, Seawick 3 bed 5 and 2 bed 1 have UPVC decking.

Lounge Areas are bench seating or free standing furniture, electric fire, 32" TV with freeview and a built in DVD. The bench seating pulls out to make a good sized double bed or for those with free standing furniture we can supply 2 Z beds, we also have a travel cot which for a small fee of £5 can be rented.

Dining area have bench seating, table and two stools, or a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen has a full size gas cooker, under worktop fridge, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, cookware, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glasses.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with large wardrobe storage.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

The 2 bed caravans have a double bedroom with large wardrobe storage, and a single bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet.

All bedrooms are supplied with mattress and pillow protectors, duvets (10.5 tog) and pillows.

Please supply your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases and towels.

Shower room has a built in shower, hand basin and WC.

Some caravans a seperate toilet as well as the shower room.

We also supply a small oil fired heater, vacuum, iron, ironing board, cloths airer, broom, mop and bucket.

Sorry no smoking in the caravans.

You may bring a small dog at a cost of £25.

A travel cot may be rented at a small cost of £5.

Booking in time is between 2pm and 6pm, all caravans must be vacated by 10am.
