Hundreds signed a petition on the NHS

"Berwick [Labour Party] Branch held a successful NHS campaign day in Berwick on Saturday. Over 360 people signed our petition calling on Theresa May to give the NHS the funding it needs and deserves. Thanks to all those who stopped for chat and to sign the petition." (Berwick Labour Party) 

On the same day Berwick Trades Union Council activists joined the St. Andrew's Day, anti-racism march and rally in Glasgow. This is an annual event organised by the Scottish TUC. Over 2, 000 attended.
