==================================================== I can now announce we now have aquired sponsorship for the forthcoming season with Sherwood Truck and Van Sales, SBK Computers,Simplex-Foundations and Harris & King Car Sales. I will update you as more developments occur but this is a great step for Blackwell Cricket Club and hopefully a long and fruitfull one for allparties involved.

Thanks to everyone that turned out on Thursday evening to help with the end of season maitenance and especially Pete who gave us a flying visit after his meeting with Sheik Mutaq Al Salami.. Hope your meeting to secure funding proves fruitful Pete.. Although grabbing a brush for the photo's doesn't constitute as an effort.. Helen if you read this Pete came as we were locking the gates and he insisted we all walk back to the square to get a photo so you will believe he helped... It's all in a good cause and hopefully we can see an improvement over the next few seasons with our continued effort on the ground. How can we not benefit with the effort put in?
