THE BLACK ISLE SINGERS
Welcome to the website of the BLACK ISLE SINGERS. We are a friendly choir based in the Highlands of Scotland, on the Black Isle just north of Inverness. We meet weekly at Fortrose Academy.
The Black Isle Singers extend a warm invitation to anyone that likes to sing to come and join us as we continue our 2014 season, with two further concerts planned for October and Christmas.
Our musical director and conductor is Anne McIntyre, a talented and energetic musician with a huge amount of experience in both teaching and performing. As well as directing our rehearsals, she often plays the piano for us. The music we sing is interesting and varied, ranging from popular to classical, light hearted to more serious - we'll try anything!
Join us, we need new choir members!
