Bourn Allotment Association

The Parish Council has leased a half acre site from the District Council at the end of Hall Close, abutting Bourn Hall Clinic. The site consists of 11 small allotment plots which have been let out by Bourn Allotment Association to members.

What is the BAA?

The BAA was established in January 2010 -

To promote the interests of the Members with regard to proper cultivation, good management and enjoyment of the allotments in Bourn,

To maintain and improve the facilities and the condition of the sites available and to encourage and educate others to do the same,

To ensure that as many plots as possible are tended,

To manage the allotment sites responsibly; respecting the environment and the terms of the agreement with Bourn Parish Council,

To work with the Parish Council and others as appropriate to help identify and secure additional sites, so that as many residents of Bourn as possible are able to have allotments.

There is currently a likelihood half a plot will soon be vacant.

If you are resident in Bourn and would like to become a member of the BAA and be placed on the waiting list for a plot then please contact
