Ouch! We Got Something Wrong!
About Peverel would like to apologise for an unfortunate error concerning Firstport management charges that have been published recently.
It has been brought to our attention that the figures for management charges that we believed to be for 12 months are actually for 6 months only. So the figures given need to be doubled(which makes the extent of Firstport overcharges even worse than we first thought)
Many of the items included in the management charge have also been double charged under different headings in development service charge accounts.
