For several years residents at Tatton Court have wanted to rid themselves of Firstport, but it proved incredibly difficult so to do.

Arrangements are now in hand for the transfer of management away from Firstport

That being the case it would be a significant "win" for the company.
If they can demonstrate they can manage well at a reasonable cost, it will leave other Firstport managed retirement developments in the area very vulnerable to further losses.
