Congratulations, Warner Court
About Peverel send their heartfelt congratualtions to the residents of Warner Court in leafy Sandhurst.
Following serious concerns over the legality of expenditure at Warner Court, a daughter of one of the residents (who was a qualified accountant) found enough material concerns about the conduct of the managing agent (who wouldn't you just know it, just happened to be Firstport!) that the residents decided to rid themselves of Firstport and carried out a Right To Manage for their development.
Though early days, it seems the residents are much happier, and the service charges have fallen from the Firstport demanded amount of £63,950 to the new demand of £41,699!
