Debbie Murphy of Wolfs was struggling with the ARMA-Q application.

So in order to help, Helen Christie, ARMA Technical Officer very kindly visited the Wolf's office and sorted the application out in one morning.

And yet, with all that help available to aspiring members Peverel/Firstport are still not members over 15 months after first applying.
