Fabrevan Bought Out by Debt Management Company
Fabrevan the controversial freeholder that was part of the Tchenguz Family Trust Group that was connected to Peverel and ensured Peverel were gifted their management contract has been bought by Sanne (a company that specialises in real estate debt)
William Proctor, Christpher McGill and Paul Hallem have resigned.
Fabrevan has now moved from Molteno House, Finchley to Pollen House, Cork St London.
