Fire Safety Curtains
Being the prudent company Peverel are, it may well be that in the near future Peverel will undertake a survey of all fire safety curtains fitted in the loft areas of their retirement developments.
Clearly Peverel will want to be satisfied that all fire safety curtains are correctly fitted and that they have not been damaged (whilst adding cables for example)
Any problems will of course be rectified as a matter of urgency.
The question must be asked as to who should pay for any such works?
