In a reply as to questions from "Stuart" cocerning the relationship of Peverel, Retirement Care(BH) and E&M, David Gabriel does give a technically factual, though highly partial answer.
He makes mention that Retirement Care (BH) own the leasehold for common parts and that they employed Peverel to manage the development. Retirement Care (BH) also employed E&M. Mr Gabriel makes the point that Retirement Care (BH) and E&M are part of the Consensus Business Group (based at Molteno House, London N3) whilst Peverel is part of Chamonix/ Electra (based at New Milton)
What Mr Gabriel "forgets" to mention to "Stuart" is at the time of Peverel's "appointment" Retirement Care (BH) was also based at New Milton and though technically not part of the Consensus Group, they were ultimately both part of the Tchenguiz Family Trust Group, as is E&M.
Clearly It would be to the advantage of Peverel to give the impression that there was much more separation between the companies than was actually the case.
