Peverel Slip Up Over Decorating
If you live on a Peverel managed development that is due for decorations, please remember that in advance of any work you must be served a Section 20 notice.
It is important to be aware, that Peverel cannot obtain quotes for work before the Section 20 notice has been served.
It has come to the attention of About Peverel, that Peverel have obtained quotes before the issue of the Section 20 notice. If this has happened at your development, the LVT ruled only £250 is payable.
