On the weekend of 11th & 12th of February.

Sensei Adrian Starr 4th Dan (should be higher) held a weekend of Shorinji Kempo in his Sway Dojo in Southampton.

Saturdays training consisted of the basics needed for the gradings.

A few cartwheels included, although crashing in to the mat is not a cartwheel!

A good day of training in Shorinji Kempo.

Sunday again consisted of the training needed for the gradings.

Gradings were intense but very enjoyable.

I would like to say thanks to Sensei's Adrian & Juan for a great weekend and some fantastic instruction.
