This is Pal & NTSC and Code FREE.
Real quality all the way in every disc, same color and contrast and focus would come up to normal standards of that day and better.
This was taken a bit longer to get some 12 years , but finally we have the best available.
This will only be surpasses by Granada. Its that good !
Granada has given me a quote (public Domain sale) to do this on hi quality DVD direct from their 1 inch master the price would be 4080.00 GBP that's about A$8000 . Not bad for a few minutes work.
Granada admit they don't hold the copywrite and more , its held by the author and he is not releasing this movie again , so we are not in violation
When the VHS tapes sold on Ebay, some 4 years ago they fetched staggering US$1600
The history of this wonderful quality set
over 12 years we imported every set (11vhs tapes) cost of sets & including the incredible high postage from almost every country in the world . add to that we paid for wanted to buy advertisments in local papers around the world.
The cost was staggering and had I had the wisdom I would never have been so stupid.
But once committed . The labour of love finally took shape
we found that almost every set was poor and a waste of huge lot of $$$
the problem in those days the TV was of a low standard and the VHS recorder had even worse limitation
Finally we were able to edit parts from about 30 sets and obtain a reasonable full edition
Then we had to colour correct both editions Pal and NTSc so it was uniform for the entire picture
In Feb this year we again set about improving this set
We colour corrected every disc and this allowed a improvement to the focus
we even cleaned up the sound track
This would be the best version available
we have sections that were not shown on some TV versions
All 11 disc of this great spy trilogy

WE lower the cost so no duty will be added at any country Customs department
The best and most gratifying part is the many accolades I have received for the people that now own this wonderfully DVD set.
