24 Inverleith Place is a beautiful Victorian villa located on a quiet leafy street one mile to the north of Edinburgh city centre.

Inverleith Place is adjacent to the Royal Botanic Gardens and the house has delightful views of the majestic palm houses.

It is a 25 minute walk or a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. 

We offer two guest accommodation rooms - 1 a double en-suite and the other a double or twin with private bathroom a couple of steps away.

Your hosts the Campbell family have recently refurbished the ground floor of the property with a stylish 'country house in the city' feel and have created a comfortable home with your relaxation in mind.  You will be warmly welcomed and our aim is to offer excellent service and a welcoming base from which to explore Edinburgh.
